Return & Service Policy

At Ioanna Custom Sewing, LLC, each garment is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because our pieces are created to order and often made-to-measure, we kindly ask that you review the policies below before placing your order.

Custom Garments & Special Orders

All items are custom-made and special orders and are final sale. These pieces are created specifically for you according to your measurements, fabric choices, and approved design details, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded once work has begun or materials are purchased.

Payment Requirements

Full payment is required upfront to begin any custom project. No materials will be purchased, and no work will begin until payment is received in full. This ensures timely ordering of fabrics and allows your project to be placed into the production schedule without delay.

Order Cancellations

Because each project requires dedicated time and materials, if the client cancels before materials are purchased, a 75% refund of the full payment may be issued. If the client cancels after materials have been purchased or work has begun, the payment is non-refundable.

Fit Adjustments

Your comfort and modesty matter to us. Complimentary minor adjustments are offered within 30 days of delivery or pickup. Adjustments requested after this window, or changes beyond the original design, may incur additional fees.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you notice a craftsmanship issue, such as a stitching or construction concern, within 30 days, please contact us. Repairs for workmanship issues will be made at no cost when the issue is not caused by regular wear, misuse, or laundering.

Measurements

Accurate measurements are essential for a proper fit. When measurements are taken by Ioanna Custom Sewing, LLC, we will make every effort to achieve the intended fit. If client-provided measurements are incorrect or incomplete, any necessary alterations may incur additional charges. Clients are encouraged to contact us with any questions about taking measurements or ensuring accuracy before submitting them, so we can help guide the process and prevent fit issues.

Client-Supplied Fabrics

If you choose to provide your own fabric, we cannot guarantee fabric performance, including shrinkage, dye behavior, durability, or structural stability. If the fabric is flawed or becomes damaged due to its inherent condition, we cannot be responsible for replacement.

Approvals & Design Changes

Before work begins, clients must approve fabric selections, style and silhouette, length and fit preferences, and any custom elements or embellishments. Changes requested after approval may extend the timeline, require new materials, and incur additional costs.
